Facts about Hypnosis Facts about Hypnosis

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You can be hypnotized if you want to. You will not be hypnotized if you do not allow it. The hypnotist is simply a guide in your service.

You will not do or say anything in hypnosis that is outside your moral code. You only accept suggestions that are right for you.

With hypnosis, you communicate directly with the true motivator of behavior: the subconscious mind.

You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. You can remember everything from your session. You can talk; you can move; you are simply in a deeper state of mind than regular everyday awareness.

We all go in and out of hypnosis many times everyday: while driving a car, reading or watching a movie, for example. Hypnosis is a safe and natural function of the human mind. It is the by-pass of the critical factor of the conscious mind and the establishment of acceptable selective thinking.
