What is Hypnosis?

The subconscious mind is the seat of all emotions, imagination and permanent memory. It is the single most powerful goal-achieving mechanism known to humankind. Our subconscious sets out to incarnate whatever beliefs or thoughts we repeat over and over, and many of those beliefs are formed by the time we're six years old.

In the conscious mind, there is a part that acts like a prison guard. We call it the critical factor. It protects and maintains our beliefs by only allowing in thoughts that correspond to what is already programmed into the mind.

Hypnosis is a natural state where the critical factor is by-passed, usually through relaxation. This allows healing, pleasing suggestions to be accepted by the subconscious mind, resulting in life altering, permanent change.

It is a well-known fact that we come to believe and therefore achieve whatever we repeat to ourselves, whether the beliefs are true or false. The subconscious mind can't tell the difference between a fear-based lie or a joy-filled truth. People become who they are because of their dominant thoughts, the thoughts and beliefs they hold in their subconscious mind. Thoughts become things and events in our lives.

Using the imagination and focused concentration with a hypnotic guide, you can access the beliefs and idea patterns that are held in your subconscious and alter them. Change those thoughts and beliefs to represent your authentic deeper self. Free yourself from any obsolete belief systems inherited from worn-out voices from the past.

Remember, the subconscious is the single most powerful goal-achieving mechanism known to humankind. Hypnosis allows you to access and reinforce what you want and need on a deep level and therefore manifest it in your life with greater ease.
